Favourite colours
Blue and yellow
Favourite food
Fish and chips, especially when eaten with vinegar at the seaside.
Favourite composer
Carl Neilsen, the Danish composer. He seems to have been a together guy who wrote energetic music.
Favourite instrument
I like playing the piano although I also play the double bass. When writing music and conducting though, every instrument is, for me, an ‘integral part of the overall flavour!’

Digital photograhy, especially landscapes

The one I was playing last !!!!
You might also have guessed that I have studied Music. I have taught in Schools, Colleges and privately. I have written and directed musicals, conducted ensembles, led choirs and ensembles and written serious pieces of music which have won prizes in competitions.
During my varied career, one thing stays the same, and that is the satisfaction I get in seeing people exceed their expectations and come alive to the wonderful world of music.
